About this outstanding opportunity

We are now looking for a Customer Marketing Student Worker to strengthen marketing and communication engagements and to build impactful customer experiences in Customer Unit Western Europe with focus on Germany and key customers in Netherlands and Switzerland.

In this role, you will be supporting the local marketing and communication team in the Customer Unit Western Europe for planning, handling, carrying out and follow-up local and regional marketing campaigns, strengthening our brand and helping drive sales growth!


Aufgaben
  • Actively participate in creation and activation of regional marketing programs in CU Western Europe.
  • Work closely with the Global Integrated Marketing organization to ensure that the marketing plan is performed with customer and business relevance in mind.
  • Support the coordination, activation or execution of best-in-class trade shows and events that truly highlight our portfolio to potential and current customers.
  • Support account-based-marketing (ABM) related customer journeys with marketing performance measurement tools and CRM analytics.
  • Working closely with the Global Integrated Marketing organization to ensure that the Global Campaigns are best represented in the event content and journey.
  • Take ownership for new and innovative marketing programs across social media and direct marketing channels.

Profil
  • Enrolled as Master student in Marketing, Business Administration, Economy or a related field.
  • Initial experience with driving B2B marketing projects, events and demos.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and platforms and marketing performance metrics.
  • Working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Developed skills in story telling with ability to translate complex technical ICT solutions to relatable stories that binds the audience.
  • Full proficiency in English, German is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with shown ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
  • Fresh and creative attitude as well as not being afraid to speak-up!
